The program was developed by Exponent together with the Food and Drug Administration, and consists of a Contamination and Growth Module and an Exposure Module. Data from the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Continuing Survey of Food Intakes by Individuals (CSFII) 1994-96, 98 are included in the program.
